Dance is a wonderful and exciting way for children to explore their physical abilities, creativity and self-expression. Our classes are preceded by warm up exercises and stretches, followed up by modern choreography to the latest hits. Air Born offer a wide variety of dance styles including Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom and Dance Acro.

Dance combines physical exercise and performance skills. In our classes children develop their motor abilities, coordination and flexibility. Classes provide an aerobic exercise that strengthens the heart plus the overall strength of the legs, torso and arms. Strengthening of back and abdominal muscles also helps promote correct posture.

 

Dance 101 is your first step into the dance world at Air Born. Our “Dance 101” is a 10 week (one term) introductory program where classes feature a different style of dance every week, giving the students a great introductory to dance and the opportunity to try a variety of styles to see what they may like to continue with in the future.
